This hostess has gone to great lengths to make sure you enjoy your stay. From a booklet about rea attractions to showing all the items available for you to use. We had a small problem with the TV but we text and she had a serviceman there within 20 minutes. James was friendly and quickly found the remote simply needed new batteries. The decor is beautiful. We in fact ask her about the living room lamps and she sent us the link where she purchased them. (we ordered them!). If there was 10 stars I would give it to this property. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful, spacious, clean, nice and quiet neighborhood, kind hosts. The snacks were a nice touch. 🙂 Everything here was perfect!

This is a GEM of a house located in Woodway! My family loved the layout which provided 2 different living areas to lounge and relax. The flow of this house was great – the master is behind the kitchen to provide more privacy and the two bedrooms are near the front of the house near the downstairs living room with a shared bathroom. The large kitchen provided ample room to cook and entertain. Nice sized dining room to feed a family of 8 if needed! Nice sight-lines from the kitchen so you could watch the large TV and have a great flow of conversation to either dining/living room area. Let’s not forget the wonderful upstairs gameroom that has another large TV, large reclining sectional, two stand up video arcades and foosball table! It was excellent flow to have two living room areas! There is also bonus full bathroom upstairs! This house made for a fantastic family weekend! All the little details made it better than a hotel: the coffee station with so much coffee, bathroom toiletries, plus a garage with clicker use to store your vehicle. Overall fantastic home!!

My initial plan was to book hotel rooms. After I thought about it, I changed my plans and found this amazing house that has everything a hotel room doesn’t and inexpensive. I would have paid more for the hotel rooms.

Everything we expected.

The house was very spacious and extremely clean. Snacks and bottled water was an added bonus. We appreciate the coffee bar as well. The boys loved the upstairs game room. Check in was super easy and communication was fast. Definitely will be back for our next trip to Waco.
