Cancellation/Refund Options

After a booking has been confirmed, guests can cancel the reservation up to 30 days before their lease start date with no penalty. If the guest(s) cancel their booking less than 30 days before their lease start date, a holding fee will apply depending on the situation, and will be subject to the following terms:

Cancellations more than 30 days prior to lease start date:

– 1st Month Rent: 100% Refundable

– Security Deposit: 100% Refundable

– Move-In Fee: 100% Refundable

– Holding Fee: None

Cancellations 14 to 29 days prior to lease start date:

– 1st Month Rent: 100% Refundable

– Security Deposit: 100% Refundable

– Move-In Fee: 100% Refundable*

– Holding Fee:  $500

Cancellations 0 to 13 days prior to lease start date:

– 1st Month Rent: 100% Refundable

– Security Deposit: 100% Refundable

– Move-In Fee: 100% Refundable*

– Holding Fee:  $1,000

There are no refunds for early departures, delayed arrivals, construction activity, inclement weather, or reduction in the number of nights reserved for any reason. Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended. No show guests will be subject to the same terms as 0 to 13 day cancellations. Extenuating circumstances may be considered.
